My father's parents were Frederick Albert Hall and Edith Mary Woodhead. Edith Woodhead was born 26 March, 1888 in Tottenham, London. She died 6 June, 1982 in Hereford. My grandparents married on 16 April, 1906 in Ilford, Essex.

Edith's father was James Outram Woodhead, born 1 September, 1860. His date of death is unknown. James' parents were Sidney Woodhead, born about 1828 and Mary Barker, born about 1823. Sidney married Mary on 10 October, 1848 in Derby. Sidney's father was called George Woodhead.

Edith's mother was Kate Webb, born 7 June, 1863 in Stratford, London. She married James Woodhead on 2 April, 1882 in Stoke Newington, London. Kate died on 28 September, 1897. Kate's parents were William John Webb and Jane Barnes.
